PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING!
The commission will take me from 2 weeks to 2 month to finish, depending on how busy I am and where you are on the queue. Please let me know ahead of time if you have a deadline! Your patience is greatly appreciated!
The file is for PERSONAL USE only, meaning you MAY NOT SELL IT or use it for any kind of profit. If your intention is for COMMERCIAL USE, a different pricing system will be used. Let me know beforehand.
You will receive a full resolution 300dpi DIGITAL ONLY file. Commission files will be sent to you via your email in high quality .JPEG/.PSD format. I do not ship any physical items for commissions.
The commission will be done in my specific style; I do not draw realism or mimic any other different styles.
Working on characters based on description alone is quite difficult. So I would always need CLEAR REFERENCE IMAGES with all the details like clothing hair etc. provided.
I retain the right to include your commissioned piece in my personal portfolio. However, I will respect your privacy and will not publicly share it without your permission.
Full payment via PayPal invoice is required for me to start working on your piece.
My art is NOT permitted to be used for NFT or AI.
I will not paint over generative AI images, and I do not grant permission for my commissioned artwork to be used in training generative AI models.
Commissions are Non-refundable unless I haven’t started working on your piece after 7+ days of payment.

NOTE
I select commissions based on my skills and how well I can adapt to the concept of characters (my strengths include drawing female characters, fashion, etc.). I may decline a commission if I feel I cannot fulfill it to my standards, as my goal is to ensure both parties are satisfied with the final result.
Types and prices
Only the following types of commissions are available.The price is fixed per character, regardless of the total number of characters.If you would like me to come up with a design and create a character from scratch, additional fees will apply based on the complexity of the work.

Option #1:
Includes a fully rendered full-body drawing, accompanied by smaller illustrated items of your choice — such as a color palette, close-ups of the eyes, hands, and decorative elements like flowers, stars, or pearls etc of your choice. See the example below for reference.
Option #2:
Includes both a fully rendered full-body and a half-body drawings of the same character. While the character remains the same, you have the option to change details such as clothing and hairstyle between the two illustrations. See the example below for reference.
Process steps
SKETCH: Based on your references, I will create two initial sketches for you to choose from. At this stage, you’re welcome to request any corrections or adjustments to the pose, design, and other details until we finalize the sketch.
FLAT COLORS: Once the sketch is finalized, I will refine the linework and apply flat colors with some minor rendering. I’ll send this version for your approval to ensure you’re satisfied with the color choices.
SHADING & FULL RENDER: With the colors confirmed, I’ll move forward with shading and completing the full illustration, adding finer details.
FINISHING TOUCHES: In the final stage, I’ll make any small adjustments or minor additions if needed, though no major changes at this point.
Throughout the process, I’ll keep you informed of the progress via email every 2 to 4 days. Please check your email regularly, as I will need your feedback at each stage to keep things moving smoothly!
HOW TO COMMISSION
Send your request to my email at [email protected]. Ensure you have visual references ready for poses, color palettes, and any additional descriptions/important notes.
Once I receive your request, I will evaluate it based on my skills and either confirm or decline it. If confirmed, I will let you know & send an invoice via PayPal right before starting the commission work.
I will begin working on the commission once payment has been made. The waiting period for your commission is between 2 weeks and 2 months, depending on the queue and other circumstances.
What to include in email
Commission type: Headshot, Half body, Full Body, Reference Sheet (Option #1 or #2)
References: Please provide any relevant details for poses, characteristics, clothing, colors, etc. (Please Note: If you have a lot of reference images, it is recommended to compile it in a google drive file and to submit the link)
